Perfection in a bottle. A unique blend of Merlot, Chambourcin, and Cabernet Sauvignon: this rosé with a 1% residual sugar is fresh and acidic with notes of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry. The grapes were left on the skin for a mere 36 hours. Aged in Stainless-Steel and finished in Acacia barrels. This versatile wine pairs well with almost anything from light seafood to a backyard barbeque.
