This wine is a higher acid wine, it has nuances of toasted coconut, fresh almond, subtle pear and papaya dance in the aroma. The palate shows off one of the strengths of Petit Manseng, which is a beautiful acid quality that clearly articulates a fresh fig and quince paste as well as a light spice. The wine’s balance is delicate yet fresh and enjoyable.
