Our 2012 Attica is made with a blend of Chardonel, Riesling, and Pinot Gris. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Wonderful fruit notes of Granny Smith apple balanced with a soft floral nose and finish, this dry wine is wonderful to sip in the sunshine or to pair with Brie cheese, fruit, and a fresh baguette.
