2013 Raptor Red (51% Petit Verdot, 45% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon) – The nose of this well balanced wine presents aromas from berries to cocoa. Currants mix with vanilla and a variety of berries including cherry and raspberry bringing you to a smooth, lingering finish. Pairs well with strong flavored foods such as grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
