Light-Bodied and Slightly Sweet.
• Vidal Blanc grapes are grown from a hybrid of Trebbiano and Seibel varietals. This year, we covered the vines in bird netting to protect the grapes, and cooler summer temperatures let the grapes spend more time maturing on the vine. As soon as we picked the grapes, we chilled them and fermented them to ensure a delightful finish for this light-bodied and slightly sweet wine.
