The nose of this wine presents citrus and vanilla. An extremely well-balanced wine with a crisp acidity and notes of citrus that are immediately present on the front palate. The mid palate is extremely full and round, with the characteristic buttery notes of a barrel fermented Chardonnay. A distinct note of vanilla lingers on the finish. Bright golden and straw colored, it is great accompaniment to rich creamy sauces, egg-based dishes like quiche, and rich seafood such as crab and lobster.
