Our 2018 Sabine Hall Viognier was made 75% in stainless steel and 25% in French barrels. Sweet aromas of white flowers and candied lemon peel lead to a dry, round mouthfeel. The palate is complex with layers of citrus cream, wet stone and enough structure from the oak to allow for a multitude of food pairings. This Viognier is a pleasant wine that complements fish and seafood dishes.
