Chardonnay Reserve

Of the Chardonnays we produce, we use only the highest quality grapes in this Reserve vintage and take inspiration from Burgundy winemaking techniques. Aging 9 months in oak, 28% of that being in new French oak, this wine is complex with aromas of citrus, jasmine and vanilla. While there are fruit flavors of peach and nectarine, we also find the warm flavor of banana and evidence of the oak aging. The clean, lingering finish offers medium oak and acidity making it a perfect food pairing wine. As with our other Chardonnays, balance is the key. Maintaining the creamy mouthfeel from full malolactic fermentation makes for the most complex of our white wines.
