Wild Common Reserve

Our Wild Common shares its name with our sister property in Charleston, SC. It is 100% Merlot, aged 18 months in a combination of neutral and new French oak barrels, and has graced us with a Governor’s Cup Gold medal in 2020. The intense nose features leather and dark cacao, with subtle hints of cherry and rose petal. Brooding dark cherries and pomegranate on the palate are followed by understated black pepper and tobacco notes. The medium tannins and acid on the finish play like the conversation you’re supposed to be having across the table.
