Petit Manseng

The Petit Manseng is a French varietal grape that we harvest later in the season to allow residual sugars to reach higher levels. We develop this as a Jurançon style wine, being both sweet and dry to offer the best of both worlds. Our newest wine offers aromas of honeysuckle and orange marmalade, with intense flavors of apricot, honey and white peach. It finishes with the classic ‘touch of stone minerality.’
