Made from 100% estate-grown Merlot using the saignée method. Off-dry (2% RS), fermented in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and vibrant character. No malolactic fermentation, crisp, bright profile featuring lively grapefruit and citrus notes. Refreshing and food-friendly. Pairs well with dishes such as Greek salad, stuffed peppers, mild risottos, and grilled vegetables. Perfect for warm weather meals or light fare.
