A dry blend of 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Malbec, aged 16 months in neutral French and American oak. Bold and balanced by moderate tannins and bright acidity. Ideal with roasted meats, stews, tomato-based sauces, and goat cheeses.
