Rouge de Ferme

Off-dry blend of 49% Petit Verdot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 11% Merlot, aged 16 months in neutral French and American oak. Bold yet aromatic, with notes of dark pit fruits and vanilla, balanced by moderate tannins and acidity. Ideal with grilled lamb, short ribs, venison, mushroom dishes, and cheeses like Manchego and Gruyère.
