Vieille Chèvre - White port-style wine

Estate-grown Chardonnay distilled into brandy at Copper Fox Distillery, then blended with estate Petit Manseng and aged in oak barrels. With 9% added sugar balancing Petit Manseng’s bright acidity, it offers a warm, mellow profile with luscious notes of honey, apricot, and subtle tropical fruits. A decadent dessert wine, perfect alongside cheese plates and nutty, caramelized desserts like almond tart, or fruit desserts such as poached pears in vanilla and baked apples. Also pairs beautifully with white chocolate mousse.
