Cabernet Franc

Medium tannic wine with hints of fig, cherry and a white pepper finish. Pairs nicely with a variety of different foods; roast pork, beef burgers, goat, blue and brie cheese. A versatile black grape, one of the Bordeaux "Big Five" and the parent grape of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
