Petit Manseng

Estate-grown, lightly pressed, aged in stainless steel tank, and bottled without malolactic fermentation. Notes of green apples, peaches, and apricots. 2% residual sugar balances acidity for a clean crisp finish. Pairs well with strong cheeses and spicy dishes, or served chilled on its own as a light desert wine.
