White Table Wine

A distinctive 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng, barrel aged in new American oak, light toasted barrel for 3 months. This white blend offers notes of apricot and peach with hints of honey and citrus zest. Full-bodied with balanced acidity, offering a balanced sweetness and a lingering finish. (2% RS). Pairs well with lobster in butter sauce, seared scallops, roast chicken, duck with fruit sauces, or spicy, aromatic dishes.
