The 2021 Pinot Gris is a fresh and aromatic wine that can be sipped on its own or as an accompaniment to a light dish. 

Nose: Fresh, crisp with aromas of apple, honeysuckle, hazelnut, lime, and white peach. 

Mouth: A well balanced, aromatic wine, slight salinity accompanying fresh green apples with notes of honeysuckle, hazelnuts and white peach with a zesty lime finish.
