The 2021 Tannat is easy drinking, medium bodied, bursting with dark fruit flavors, and mild tannins.

Nose: Almond, cherry, raspberry, toast, mint, black pepper, tomato juice (typical varietal aroma).

Mouth: Round, elegant, good length, soft tannins. The wine will become more expressive and complex if allowed to breathe for 30 minutes.
