Port-style wine aged for 33 months in cognac barrels, oxidized (by design) as the barrels
were not topped off.
Nose: Reminiscent of a xeres wine (sherry), hazelnut, orange, caramel, apricot.
Mouth: Aromatic with a dry alcoholic finish of candied fruit (raisins and candied citrus peel)
