85% Vidal Blanc, 15% Viognier. 16.8% Alcohol by Volume.
Aged for almost 5 years in cognac barrels, oxidized (by design) as the barrels were not topped off.
Nose: Reminiscent of a xeres wine (sherry), hazelnut, orange, caramel, apricot.
Mouth: Aromatic with a dry alcoholic finish of candied fruit (raisins and candied citrus peel) and hazelnut.
