From Jurançon in southwest France, comes this small white grape that produces a rich and balanced wine. This wine from our vineyard in the foothills of the Blue Ridge has a complexity that has an up front richness with toasted pear and honey nicely balanced by bright acidity. The finish is lengthy and is layered and lingering carrying both acidity and sweetness. This delicious wine will complement rich and spicy food from Foie Gras to E'touffeé.This years vintage captures the essence of Petit Manseng, showing depth and concentration, ample acidity, and rich, honeyed tropical fruit. This wine has the ability to age well and develop in the bottle or can be enjoyed now. GOLD RIBBON WINNER - 2015 VIRGINIA STATE FAIR
