Syrah

Syrah is a hard varietal to find across Virginia, and that may be because it is a bit of a challenge in the vineyard. In 2020 and 2021 we had a very small crop, and we decided to blend both vintages together to produce our first non-vintage Syrah. This wine has a medium body and bright fruit finish with aromas of green peppercorn, boysenberry, cigar box, and graphite. It pairs with any lighter cuts of meat, such as duck or lamb, or with a fine cigar.
