Made from gorgeous grapes yielded from one of the best red grape harvests in Virginia in recent memory, our Cab Sauv has characteristics of black pepper, rich stewed plums, and blackberries. Aged in both new and neutral French oak, this dry wine is deeply complex and pairs beautifully with rich flavors.
