Sparkling Winchester

This is an Organic wine made from Cayuga White grapes. It won a silver metal in the Governors Cup in 2020. We made this wine in a true champagne style. It's a lovely elegant wine you are sure to enjoy. We have an additional 800 bottles being release in 2020 with another year on it's lees.
