The 2014 Blanc de Noir has a beautiful golden yellow color with a finely beaded mousse. Flavors of apple, pear, and citrus fruits dominate the nose but is nicely balanced with bread dough aromas and bright acidity. Finished with a reserve dosage to finish in a Brut style, this sparkling is truly balanced and ready to drink. Pairs great with mushrooms, Seafood, and Smoked Salmon.es.
