Ellerslie Ice

This late-harvest Sauvignon Blanc, crafted using the "cryo" method, captures intense sweetness and flavor. Frozen grapes were pressed to extract only the most concentrated juice, and then fermented in stainless steel. The result is a rich, sweet wine with vibrant notes of candied citrus, honey, and pineapple, reminiscent of traditional ice wine.
