This Cabernet Franc was aged in both Hungarian and French Oak for 14 months, and then it continues to bottle age to round out the deep, smooth flavor. The acidity is well balanced to produce and excellent pairing with steak or earthy vegetables. Weather conditions allowed for complete ripening with mature tannins and notes of dark fruit and an obvious earthy character.
