Blushing Wolf Lavender Sparkling Rose'

Blushing Wolf is made from a blend of predominately Cabernet Franc. The skins of the grape soak with the juices for only a few hours before fermentation begins. Our infusion creates a sparkling wine that has a hint of lavender, aromatics and a slight sweetness of the pallet with notes of citrus and berry.
