A Midsummer Night's White

A beautifully crafted wine for the summer, but ultimately can be enjoyed year round with many different foods and occasions. There is a wonderful floral character that is enhanced by the peach, pear, apricot and orange notes. Within these fruits is a touch of the tropical pineapple. There are also some pleasant layers of vanilla, almonds and honey. The residual sugar is just enough to balance with the bright lemon character. All these attributes and structure create a wonderfully balanced wine with a great mouth feel.
