Rose of Sharon

The 2022 Rose of Sharon is a lovely, dry rosé that is a blend of 73% Cabernet Franc, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Chambourcin. It has notes of strawberry, rhubarb pie, and a light lemon-ginger finish.

You might try it with grill cedar plank salmon with a miso bourbon glaze!
