Chardonnay Cold Steel

A medium-bodied dry white, steel fermented and aged. Meyer lemon on the nose and mid-palate, finishing with lingering hints of crisp pear.

It’s reminiscent of a French Chablis and pairs well with oysters or linguine with an olive oil sauce, fresh basil, and tomato.
