Winemaker Brian Smyth and his winemaking team will lead you through tastings and lunch of some of our finest Cabernet Franc vintages, from 2007 and on. Learn the whats and whys of aging wines, why we deem some wines 'Reserve', vineyard effects, how wine evolve in the bottle and any other burning questions for our Winemaker. Lunch will be served to go along with the wines. Reservations will be taken for a 12pm seating and 2pm seating. We only have room for 24 at each session, so dont delay!
