We are pleased to welcome back Chef Troy Sheller. A grand-child of a traditional Sicilian family, Chef Troy grew up in the kitchen. Today, he specializes in the American Gastro style and brings with him a passion for avant-garde and authentic cooking that brings people together. His style is unique and is sure to surprise your taste buds in new and exciting ways!
