Spotlight on Summer Reds -- Cabernet Sauvignon

This summer, we’re turning the spotlight on red wine. 🍷☀️

Our Spotlight on Summer Reds series will run on the fourth Thursday of each month, when we’ll feature one of our red wines and share how beautifully it fits into the flavors and moments of summer.

Our August (and final) featured wine is our Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cabernet Sauvignon is often overlooked in the heat, but it is actually the ultimate "BBQ Red" for summer. Cooler temperatures help focus the dark fruit flavors and keep the alcohol from feeling "hot" or overpowering in the summer sun.
