Celebrate Valentines Day at The Pointe! Join us for a five-course traditional French cuisine dinner prepared by Ambrosia Catering LLC.

Amuse-bouche: Chocolate Strawberry paired with Malbec
First Course: Crab Bisque paired with Chardonnay (Served with French Bread)
Second Course: Shrimp Cocktail for Two paired with Seyval Blanc
Third Course: Arugula and Bib Salad paired with Rose
(Topped with Strawberries, Toasted Almonds, & Goat Cheese with Champagne Vinaigrette)
Fourth Course: Filet Mignon Wellington paired with Picasso (blend of Chambourcin & Petit Verdot)
(Served with Mushroom Risotto, and Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes with Basil & Parmesan)
Final Dessert Course: Paris Brest with Petite Manseng
(A Heart Shaped Ring of Choux Pastry filled with Praline Mousseline Cream and decorated with flaked Almonds and Powdered Sugar.)
