Medium to full bodied with notes of black cherry, blackberry and red plum. Medium tannins and aged in neutral American oak for 26 months. 96% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Tannat. Pairs well with grilled steak, sausages, roast lamb, aged cheddar and smoked gouda cheese.
