Medium-bodied blend of Chambourcin and Norton with bright acidity and supple tannins and is characterized by notes of black cherry, red plum, cherry jam, black raspberry and hint of cinnamon.

Great with smoked duck breast, falafel wraps, and smoked Gouda.
