Route 33

In 1716 Governor Spotswood led his “Knights of the Golden Horseshoe” across the Blue Ridge near where modern US route 33 passes through Swift Run Gap. To celebrate their arrival and safe travel they toasted with wine. Our Route 33 commemorates that expedition. It is a blend of our wines that is lighter with floral notes, fruit forward and a sweet finish.

Pairings: Pork chops, grilled veggies or the base of a sangria in the summer or a hot mulled wine in the winter.
