Our Stone Castle White is a spicy, semi-dry, light white, Rhone style blend. It is barrel fermented in neutral French oak. Nutmeg is the predominant spice in the flavor profile for this wine. This wine has a fruity profile with tastes of dried peaches and vanilla.
