Sometimes you just need to go back to the method in which things were created. We decided to go back to the original method Dennis Horton created for Horton Vineyards fruit wines.

Raspberry is the first fruit wine to switch back to the original method. This wine is reminiscent of fresh picked and crushed raspberries in a glass.

Pairing: Desserts, fresh or dried figs, Chocolate or goat cheese
