Done in a smooth Bordeaux-style, Pearmund Cellars continues its tradition of using the five classic Bordeaux grape varietals to have one finished product. Aromas of warm bramble preserves, with a touch of toasted oak, red cherries, and warm spice envelop the senses. Enjoy hints of cola with a nice balance of red and black fruits on the palate. Aged as varietals in American oak for 10 months, then integrated and aged an additional 4 months before bottling. 33% Cab Sauv, 20% Cab Franc, 20% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot, and 13% Malbec.
