Prince Michel Barrel Select Chardonnay

This 2023 vintage Chardonnay has been aged two years in hybrid barrels made from both French and American oak staves, lending its style to both old world and new. With malolactic at 68%, its soft with light butter essences, yet it still has enough acidity to hold everything up. This lovely wine expresses best at a temperature range of 50 to 55 degrees.
