This medium-bodied white wine blends Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, and GrĂ¼ner Veltliner with Chardonnay to add interest to the nose, mouthfeel, and overall taste. The three additional varietals add floral aromatics to the nose and contribute flavor concentration to the overall blend. Although the wine has been fermented dry (no residual sugar), a hint of honeydew creates a nice roundness while maintaining a lemon-zest freshness on the palate.
