Slater Run Vineyards

Slater Run Vineyards is a premier vineyard and winery nestled in the heart of Hunt Country, sustaining our family farming tradition by producing timeless wines that express Virginia. Sustainability and stewardship of the land are a part of our everyday practices that include hand-harvesting in the vineyard and solar powered operations in the winery.

Slater Run offers a full lineup of award-winning white, amber, rosé, sparkling, and red wines, all served in a beautiful setting by a knowledgeable service team.

Our winemaker, Katell Griaud, was raised at her family’s winery in Monbazillac, France, and she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in winemaking from Bordeaux University. Sustainability and stewardship of the land are a part of our everyday practices that include hand-harvesting in the vineyard and solar powered operations in the winery.

Please note, our entire property is for guests who are 21 or older. Only service animals are allowed in the Tasting Room and on the grounds.
