Blanc de Blanc

This sparkling wine made in the Méthode Champenoise from estate grown Chardonnay grapes and is aged on the lees for 24 months. It is a true labor of love, as it takes multiple steps to create—from bottling and tirage, to riddling and disgorging, then adding the dosage and final cork, cage and foil.
