Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is the newest varietal we have planted at Slater Run. In 2016, we planted half an acre in the Silo Vineyard to see how this varietal would work on our site. We produced our first vintage in 2020 and have been extremely pleased with its performance in the vineyard and the cellar. This light to medium-bodied estate white wine is made in stainless steel tanks from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the farm's "Silo" vineyard.
