Steel Chardonnay

This Chardonnay has been harvested with an acidic structure in mind, aiming to produce a crisp, clean wine with fresh aromas of lemon, pineapple and muscat-like characteristics as some of the grapes grown in the farm’s “Silo” vineyard are muscat clones of Chardonnay.
