Merlot

We made a first attempt at a no sulfites added red wine back in 2017 as part of our team's contribution to the work of the Virginia Winemakers Research Exchange (WRE) where winemakers test out different ideas and share the data and results. While the Merlot possesses some weight, it is expertly lightened with a unique freshness attained through its aging vessel, just stainless steel. It is a unique and popular wine meant to be enjoyed young.
