Deep ruby red, our 2023 Merlot signals that you are in for a full-bodied, mouth-filling treat. Aromas of black cherry and dark plum intermingle with blueberry and red currant with a hint of vanilla and oak. The wine is bright with fresh red and dark fruit flavors of cherry and plum that are concentrated around a core of soft mature tannins that fill the mid-palate, allowing more complex notes of forest floor and spice, culminating in a forever complex finish. The wine cries out for red meat, chicken, pasta, and fresh wild-caught Atlantic salmon.
