Our "sunshine in a bottle" is a rich and balanced, well-rounded white. The dry, sunny 2017 harvest allowed riper flavors to develop in the grapes; pineapple, tropical fruits, and citrus shine through with a bright acidity to balance the 0.3% residual sugar. This wine pairs nicely with lightly spicy foods, and it’s a poolside favorite!
