Wolf Gap Vineyard grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, Petit Verdot, Chambourcin, Chardonnay and Traminette. They are also well-known for their Chambourcin Bleu, a delightful red, infused with Blueberry and served chilled.
